how long will it take to get my order?

creations from the blingy bobbin are made to order and are usually customized. please allow 3 full weeks (21 business days) from the first business day after you order for your order to arrive. need it sooner? add the rush fee.

what are your shipping policies and protocols?

i include usps delivery confirmation, or a tracking number (when shipping through another carrier) so you can be informed about your package. there is a possibility i will ship ups if the rates are similar and it means your package will arrive quicker. your email confirmation of shipping will include the carrier and tracking number.

if your order is updated as “delivered” via usps, and you do not receive it, please contact your postal carrier or post office to try and track it down. i am not responsible for lost orders. i will work with you on finding a solution with usps, but i cannot replace orders that have been recorded as delivered.

i ship to the address you provide during check-out, do please make sure it’s correct. i am not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address. my shipping days are monday and friday. on occassion i will ship on the weekends but keep in mind tracking may not update until a monday. check your email for your tracking number.
